Terms and Conditions


Cancellations, Refund & Transfer Policy

Participants are required to inform All That Is Healing if they need to cancel their place in a workshop/seminar. Requests to cancel a workshop/seminar or to transfer to another workshop/seminar must be sent via email to [email protected]


The cancellation and transfer policies are as follows:


Workshop & Seminar Deposits

Deposits for workshops and seminars are non-refundable. Some deposits are transferrable to other workshops, seminars and private healing sessions for a period of 6 months within reason from the date of deposit and deemed appropriate by All That Is Healing.


Workshop & Seminar Fees/Balance Payments

Fees/balance payments, excluding the deposit, may be refunded in full up to 21 days prior to the workshop/seminar start date for change of circumstances for all workshops/seminars hosted by All That Is Healing.


In the event that a person is unable to attend a workshop/seminar, the fee is transferrable to a subsequent course and/or another person. It can be used anytime within the next 6 months from the date of deposit paid (subject to a place being available) provided a minimum of 10 days notice is given, or a medical certificate is provided for a medical condition preventing participation on the course dates.


Cancellation within 20 Days will attract the following fees:

10 - 20 Days cancellation fee of 30% of the payment made will apply.

5 - 9 Days cancellation fee of 50% of the payment made will apply.

1 - 4 Days cancellation fee of 80% of the payment made will apply.


On the workshop/seminar commencement date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and no refund will be given, except in extraordinary or exceptional circumstances as deemed appropriate by All That Is Healing.


Notice of inability to attend a course must be given in writing with your contact and workshop/seminar details and emailed to [email protected] In the unlikely event that a workshop/seminar is cancelled, you will be given the option of receiving a full refund on your deposit and any fees paid or transferring your deposit/fees to a subsequent workshop/seminar taught by All That Is Healing. 


Terms and Conditions for Private Healing & Mentor Sessions, Cancellations and Transfers.

Cancellation or transfer of a private session is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled session date and time in writing with your contact & session details emailed to [email protected]


For cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your session date and time, your session fee (less a 20% administration fee) will be refunded to you via the same payment method originally used to book the session. For cancellations made 12-24 hours prior to your session date and time, 50% of your session fee will be refunded to you via the same payment method originally used to book the session. For cancellations made within 12 hours prior to your session date and time, your full session fee will be non-refundable.

All That Is Healing iscommitted to respecting your privacy on the Internet. Our Privacy Policy covers how we collect, store and use the information you provide us with. In order to provide you with our services, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

All That Is Healing collects personal information when you register for a workshop, seminar, private session, email subscription or make a payment. Any of this information is used to assist in keeping you informed of relevant notifications about offers, workshops, seminars and any other goings on that may interest. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time that you request.

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you register for a workshop/seminar or make a payment.

We do not sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. However, we will often need to pass personal details such as your name and contact details to ThetaHealing®/ThINK Institute for registration and certification of official ThetaHeling workshops and seminars.
